WIN A Pro-Am slot at The Italian Open, 2025 (the “Promotion”) is promoted by The Professional Golfers’ Association (the “Promoter”). Registered Office: Centenary House, The Belfry, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B76 9PT
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions:
1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland.
2. Promoter employees are not permitted to enter.
3. To qualify, the entrants must submit their details between the dates of February 26, 2025 and March 28, 2025.
4.Prize: All-inclusive six-night stay for two winners and a PGA representative (Hotel will be confirmed nearer the time), check-in from Tuesday 24th June, check out by Monday 30th June. The Italian Open access: Two Pro-Am slots (one for a PGA professional and one for a nominator) to play alongside a Tour professional on Wednesday, June 25th and ground access tickets for two winners and a PGA representative for 26th - 29th June 2025. The PGA will book directly with Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, valid until May 31, 2025, subject to availability.
5. Return flights from a UK or Irish airport included. Return airport transfers to and from Hotel included.
6. The winners will be selected by a panel of representatives from The PGA and FootJoy from eligible entries by April 11, 2025, no later than 5pm. The winners will be contacted by The PGA and FootJoy and their details will be visible on The PGA and FootJoy's websites and social media accounts.
7. The winners will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
- a. Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
- b. Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
- c. Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
8. If a winner does not respond within five (5) calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
9. The Promoter’s announcement of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. All travellers must arrange their own full travel insurance for the period of the trip pursuant to the prize including but not limited to appropriate public liability, medical expenses, repatriation, loss of personal possessions and cash, and trip cancellation.
11. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
12. The Promoter shall not be responsible or liable to any entrant including the winner and the winner’s chosen guest for any loss or damages of any nature (except those that cannot be excluded by law) whether direct or indirect including (without limitation) damage to real or personal property, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of profits suffered or incurred by any entrant including the winner and the winner’s guest.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.
14. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
15. The winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.
16. The winners must comply with any Italian entry regulations including visa requirements. The Promoter is not responsible for costs or any other aspect associated with these elements. Travel insurance and expenses are not included.
