How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email and a text message with your tracking information. To avoid these emails ending up in your SPAM folder, please be sure to add FootJoy to your trusted senders list.

Can I change my order after it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, our system does not permit changes to be made to an order after it has been placed. We would still love to try and assist you, though, so please call our customer support team on +44 800 616198 and our representatives will provide any assistance that they can.
Why is my order being shipped in multiple shipments?
Your order may consist of items that cannot fit into one box, or it is more economical for your ordered items to be shipped separately. You will receive an email with tracking information for each shipment.
An item I purchased went on sale. Can I get the new price?
If the cost of an item you purchased is reduced within 15-days from your order date, we will honor a one-time price adjustment via a refund of the price difference. Does FootJoy.eu offer gift cards?
Sorry, but we currently don’t offer gift cards.
When can I expect my order to ship?
How do I return my order?
All orders placed on footjoy.eu are eligible for return and can be returned via the ‘Make a return’ button. Any unworn items with the hang tags still attached can be returned for a full refund, see full policy for details.
MyJoys (Design My Own) shoes are custom made and cannot be returned.
How long does it take for my return to be processed?
Please allow 15 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed.
What is your exchange policy?
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return your item using the ‘Make a return’ button and your payment method will be refunded. A new order will be required for the new size/colour/style that you would like.
How do I report a defective product?
FootJoy has extensive warranty coverage on most of our items. Please view our warranty page for details on what type of warranty coverage your product has. If you feel like your product is covered, please contact customer service to initiate a claim.
How do FootJoy products fit?

Do you do FootJoy shoe fittings?
No, unfortunately there are no regularly scheduled fittings in your region.
